Operating UK-wide, the team focuses on precision, clarity, and practical deliverables in CAD, PDF, or 3D formats.

Role Description

This full-time Land & Building Surveyor role is a hybrid position based in Southam, with a mix of site work and office/home-based tasks. The role involves carrying out land, building, and utility surveys, including topographic and measured building surveys, capturing accurate data on buildings, boundaries, levels, and features.   • Planning survey work
  • Operating surveying instruments and laser scanners
  • Processing survey data
  • Producing clear drawings and models in CAD and related formats

The surveyor will liaise with clients and project teams to clarify requirements, ensure surveys meet quality and safety standards, and contribute to efficient, timely delivery of projects. Occasional travel to sites across the UK will be required.
