Myrings is one of Yorkshire's leading independent estate agencies, with an outstanding reputation for exceptional customer service, premium marketing and market-leading results.

Do you have the drive, the desire, and the team focused ability to join our selective ranks?

As our Land & Development department continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Land & New Homes Executive to become a key member of our expanding team.

Working alongside, and reporting directly to, our Land & Development Director, you will become an integral part of one of the region's most ambitious Land & New Homes teams. Your role will span the entire development lifecycle, from sourcing strategic and immediate land opportunities, coordinating planning promotion projects and supporting high-value land transactions, through to developer consultancy, luxury new homes developments, launch strategies, PR and media communications. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise across every facet of land, development and new homes within a fast-growing department.

This is not your traditional estate agency role! No two days will ever be the same.

Your role will include:

  • Coordinating land and new homes projects from instruction to completion
  • Working closely with landowners, developers, architects and planning consultants
  • Assisting with land appraisals, site research and market analysis
  • Preparing professional reports, presentations and development proposals
  • Coordinating brochures, CGIs, marketing campaigns and development launches
  • Managing CRM systems, enquiries and purchaser communication
  • Supporting premium property valuations and development consultancy projects
  • Helping identify and secure future land opportunities across Yorkshire

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
