Land Manager – Industrial

Verafind | Location: Kennington Park Business Centre, Brixton Road, London SW9 6DE | Hybrid

About the Role

An opportunity for an ambitious Land Manager with at least two years' industrial experience - representing us directly with property developers and buyers, driving deals from initial site identification through landowner contact and ultimately to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and progressing off-market industrial land opportunities for retained and non-retained clients
  • Represent Verafind directly with developers, landowners and agents across the industrial sector
  • Support the appraisal of potential opportunities to assess commercial viability
  • Meet landowners and arrange/lead site visits
  • Negotiate and progress land transactions through to deal completion
  • Work closely with planning, sales and finance to support acquisitions end-to-end
  • Help shape Verafind's industrial land acquisition strategy
  • Monitor industrial market trends and surface emerging opportunities
  • Proactive use of AI to improve operational efficiency

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in land acquisition with direct exposure to the industrial sector
  • Proven track record progressing deals from opportunity to completion
  • Genuine interest in AI and technology, and comfortable working with data-driven tools
  • Degree-level education in Real Estate or related field (desirable, not essential)
