Land & Property Manager - Solar & BESS
London Office - 3 days per week
Salary Range DOE: £80,000 - 90,000
Piper Maddox are currently supporting a leading name in the European renewable energy sector with a key addition to their London-based team. Our client has been a mainstay in the industry for over a decade and are a very stable proposition looking forward in the space.
This company are a fully-fledged IPP, taking projects from inception, through development, into construction, and eventual operation. In terms of technology, you would be working on a range of technologies such as Solar and BESS.
Our client have a demonstrable track record in shepherding projects through the full project lifecycle, having a significant portfolio of operational assets under management so you can rest assured that you would see your projects come to fruition.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading land & property matters across the full project lifecycle, contributing within development, delivery, and commercial matters. This would include:
- Origination: sourcing new project opportunities, leading on landowner engagement, initial site feasibility assessments
- Development: negotiation and management of exclusivity agreements, option & lease agreements, heads of terms etc.
- Delivery: land & property matters moving projects towards construction, cable routes, easements, wayleaves etc.
- Commercial: contributing to M&A due diligence from a land & property perspective, managing legal matters alongside internal and external stakeholders.

You would be joining up with a collaborative and agile team where the flat structure would give you a high level of influence over project strategy. This company also has very strong funding to continue their mission to drive forward clean energy projects.
