Join Carter Jonas and play a key role in delivering some of the UK's most significant energy, utilities, transport and regeneration projects.
As a Land Referencer in our growing Infrastructure team, you'll work alongside experienced land agents, surveyors, and GIS specialists to identify and document land interests, support statutory processes, and help deliver major infrastructure projects that shape communities across the UK.
We're open to applications from anywhere in the UK and welcome candidates with experience in land referencing, surveying, land administration, GIS, or a related discipline.

What you'll be doing:
- Land ownership identification and title investigations
- Preparing Books of Reference, land plans, and statutory documentation
- Maintaining land referencing records and GIS data
- Liaising with landowners, agents, solicitors, and project stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects
What we're looking for:
- Experience in land referencing, surveying, GIS, land administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Confidence working with property and ownership data
- A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
- An interest in infrastructure and statutory land processes
