Customer Service Manager

We are an award-winning business with a proven track record of delivering an upper-quartile customer experience, and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to help us continue raising the bar.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will take ownership of our front-of-house operation and Service Advisor team, while playing a key role in driving the financial performance of the department.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, coach and inspire our Service Advisors, creating a high-performing and engaged team.
- Take ownership of the front-of-house operation, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer journey.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to drive the financial performance and profitability of the department.
- Protect and build on our upper-quartile customer satisfaction performance.
- Champion a first-time-right culture and maintain the high standards that have helped make us an award-winning business.
- Develop your team through coaching, feedback and recognition, helping individuals reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively across the dealership to deliver a consistent and memorable customer experience.
- Lead by example, bringing energy, accountability and a positive attitude every day.

About You
We are looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things right.
You will have a strong customer service background and proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. You will also be commercially minded, confident managing performance and motivated by achieving great results.
Above all, you will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and have the energy, personality and leadership skills to bring people with you.
