What is this role about?

The Land Transport Operations Assistant (Fleet) is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the company’s transport fleet. This includes monitoring truck operations and maintenance schedules, ensuring accurate and timely processing and validation of hauler billings, managing transport documentation and contracts, maintaining master data integrity, and supporting transport inspections. Essentially, the role ensures smooth, compliant, and efficient transport operations through accurate data management and coordination with haulers and internal teams.

What will YOU do?

  • Monitor and update truck modules to ensure real-time tracking and compliance with SEAOIL’s preventive maintenance program for affiliate tank trucks and delivery vans
  • Process hauler billings in a timely manner, ensuring completion within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Validate hauler billing data against internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity of payment records
  • Verify correctness of applied freight charges in accordance with approved rates and contracts
  • Serve as the document controller for the transport department, managing and organizing all transport-related files and records
  • Maintain and update all hauling contracts, ensuring their validity, accessibility, and alignment with operational requirements
  • Act as the custodian of master data, ensuring data consistency, security, and regular updates
  • Ensure the transport master data (e.g., vehicle, hauler, route, and rate information) is accurate, complete, and easily accessible to stakeholders
  • Participate in the transport inspection team, supporting compliance checks and inspections of delivery equipment and hauler operations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth transport operations and resolve any discrepancies in billing or data

What will YOU need?

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in data analytics or any related field
