About KPM Short Stay Management
KPM Short Stay Management is looking to build relationships with experienced property professionals and small property businesses across London and the South East.
We are particularly interested in speaking with:
- Experienced letting agents or property professionals with genuine landlord relationships
- Small sourcing or lettings businesses with access to suitable on market and off market opportunities
- People already speaking with landlords who are open to rent to rent or company let arrangements
This is not a cold calling or lead generation role. We are looking for warm introductions to landlords who have already expressed an interest in discussing this type of arrangement. Your role would be to make the introduction and share the basic property information. KPM would handle the property assessment, viewings, negotiation, due diligence, contracts, and ongoing operation.

Partnership Details
The partnership would be commission-based. For every introduction that becomes an active KPM property, you would receive an agreed share of the revenue generated during the first year. You must have permission to make the introduction and be able to explain how the landlord relationship or property opportunity was obtained. We will not accept scraped contact lists, unauthorised introductions, or recycled deals.
