Architect Specialising in Landscaping
Adamson Associates (International) Limited is seeking an Architect who specialises in Landscaping.
The successful candidate will work in our London office, as part of an Architectural team and will be responsible for developing and coordinating hard landscape elements associated with the building.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Planning
- Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), RIBA or recognised equivalent
- Proven experience in landscape design and the delivery of landscape elements within large-scale building, mixed-use or master planning projects within a consultancy or professional practice
- Knowledge of hard landscape design and landscape maintenance requirements
- Positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, ecology, sustainability, and environmental planning
- Strong work ethic, ability to work efficiently and with accuracy, takes responsibility for own work
- Self-motivated individual capable of assuming increasing responsibility for both current and future projects and who is interested in growing with the firm
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, coordination and problem-solving skills as well as appreciation and sensitivity to architectural and landscape design intent
