Help us create places people are proud to call home.
We’re looking for a talented Landscape Architect to join Hill and help shape the landscape, public realm and placemaking across our residential and mixed-use developments.
Working across projects from early concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery, you’ll collaborate with our Land, Planning, Technical, Development and Construction teams to create high-quality, sustainable and distinctive places.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing landscape design input across new and live developments
- Supporting site layouts, masterplans and placemaking strategies
- Reviewing and coordinating all landscape designs
- Creating and developing hard and soft landscape proposals
- Supporting planning applications and landscape conditions
- Integrating Biodiversity Net Gain, SuDS and green infrastructure
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, coordinated and deliverable
- Visiting sites to help maintain landscape quality through construction

What we’re looking for
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
- Experience within a landscape practice, developer, housebuilder or multidisciplinary environment
- Good understanding of the UK planning system
- Knowledge of BNG, sustainable drainage and green infrastructure
- Strong design skills with a practical and commercially aware approach
- Experience taking projects from concept and planning through to delivery
