Job Opportunity: Landscaper

This is a beautiful 110-acre private estate enjoyed by both office staff and members of the public on occasions. We require a landscaper to work full-time Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm. There is plenty of parking on-site and you must hold a full driving license.

The position will be on-going temporary work, there is no end date but you would ideally need to be available for a minimum of 1 year.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across a wide variety of tasks involved in maintaining and improving the following sports facilities: golf, football, and cricket, as well as gardens including fish ponds, nursery, allotments, herbaceous borders, orchard, and rose garden.

Key Duties:

  • General gardening/landscaping duties
  • Pedestrian mowing
  • Leaf clearing
  • Cutting the grass using a sit-on lawn mower
  • Hedge cutting, strimming, weeding, and pruning
  • Maintaining the Fish Ponds and Allotments
  • Construction projects
  • Fencing
  • Nursery work
