Landscape Gardener | JK Horticultural
Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per year
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
JK Horticultural is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable Landscape Gardeners to join our expanding team.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in horticulture or landscaping, or a Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) horticultural qualification or above, who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An excellent eye for detail and be able to work to high standards consistently
- Good knowledge and experience within horticulture and landscaping
- A positive, motivated and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
- Be punctual, reliable and take pride in their work
- Experience using horticultural and maintenance machinery
- A valid CSCS card, or willingness to obtain one before employment
- A full, clean driving licence

Role responsibilities
You’ll be involved in a varied range of landscaping and horticultural work, including:
- Planting large specimen trees, shrubs and other plants
- Understanding and working from architects’ and landscape designers’ plans
- All aspects of soft landscaping
- Irrigation installation, set-up and maintenance
- Plant health inspections
- General garden and landscape maintenance
