About the Role
This apprenticeship offers a hands-on, practical route into the landscape profession, combining paid work with structured learning.
You’ll learn from experienced professionals, develop your digital and design capabilities, and contribute directly to the creation of greener, healthier, and more sustainable places.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans, drawings, and specifications for landscape projects
- Prepare a base plan using AutoCAD
- Prepare a simple planting plan
- Use Keyscape software to CAD up your plan
- Dispatch drawings with drawing issue sheet
- Prepare photographs- including stitching together for visual surveys and assessments
- Prepare presentation plans
- Carry out technical research on the internet
- Administer project-related information in line with standards and procedures of the Practice
- Liaise with Clients and their representatives
- Attend site visits and design team meetings
Training and Development
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Essential Qualifications
- GCSE in:

- Maths (grade A to C)
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE in:
- Design and Technology (grade A to C)
