Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Landscaper for Arlington Business Park in Reading.
The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the landscaped areas across the business park to a consistently high standard.

The role will also involve:
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Supporting small-scale landscaping works
- Safely operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Ensuring all outdoor areas remain clean, attractive and well maintained
The Landscaper will work closely with the Arlington Business Park site and property management teams to ensure the grounds are maintained in line with the standards expected across the estate.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or groundskeeping.
- Practical experience with planting, pruning, weeding, lawn care and general garden maintenance.
- Experience using landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Good knowledge of plants, seasonal maintenance and general horticultural practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day landscaping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard.
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively with site and property management teams.
- Previous experience maintaining commercial estates, business parks or similar environments is preferred.
