Landscaping Operatives & Team Leaders
£23,000 – £33,000 per annum | Full-Time | Reading
Terra Verde Landscaping Ltd is growing, and we're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our landscaping and grounds maintenance teams.
We're recruiting across different experience levels, so whether you're looking to get into the industry as a Junior / Drivers Mate, already have experience as a Landscaper or Grounds Maintenance Operative, or you're capable of leading a team and running jobs, we'd like to hear from you.
The roles can involve:
- Grounds maintenance and commercial landscaping
- Grass cutting, strimming and general site maintenance
- Hedge cutting and vegetation clearance
- Fencing and landscaping projects
- Garden and site clearances
- Tree and shrub maintenance
- Jet washing and exterior cleaning
- Loading/unloading vehicles, tools and materials
- Travelling to customer sites across the South East

We're interested in applicants at all levels:
Junior / Drivers Mate – from £23,000
No extensive landscaping experience required. We're looking for someone hardworking, reliable and willing to learn.
Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Operative – salary dependent on experience
Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance or similar outdoor/manual experience preferred.
Senior Landscaper / Team Leader – up to £33,000
You'll need good practical landscaping/grounds maintenance experience and the ability to take responsibility for a team and jobs on site.

A full UK driving licence is highly desirable, particularly for the more senior positions.
Experience with machinery such as mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and other landscaping equipment would be beneficial, but training can be provided depending on the position.
We're looking for people who are reliable, punctual, physically capable, take pride in their work and are comfortable working outdoors throughout the year.
