Role Description
This full-time Landscaper role is an on-site position based in Suffolk/Essex. The Landscaper will carry out day-to-day tasks including general landscape maintenance, turfing & planting, and care of lawns, borders, and shrubs. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining irrigation systems, assisting with layout and construction of landscaped areas. The role involves operating landscaping tools and machinery safely, following site plans, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Landscaper will work collaboratively with the team, follow health and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and clients when required.

- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Soft Landscaping for ongoing site care and project work.
- Candidates should possess skills in landscaping, including planting, pruning, and lawn care.
- Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation for installing and maintaining watering systems.
- Candidates should possess skills related to basic ability to interpret plans and contribute to layouts.
- Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a similar hands-on outdoor role is essential.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in horticulture, landscaping, or site safety are an advantage.
