Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Landscaper role based in Wakefield. The Landscaper will carry out day-to-day grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general garden care.

Responsibilities

- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems
- Assisting with basic landscape design implementation such as planting layouts and hardscape placement
- Ensuring all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
- Cleaning work areas, removing debris
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner to support high service standards
The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and following health and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping for the upkeep and improvement of outdoor spaces
- Skills in Gardening for tasks such as planting, pruning, and seasonal garden care
- Skills in Irrigation for installing, operating, and maintaining watering systems
- Skills in Landscape Design to support layout planning and implementation of planting and hardscape features
- Basic knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and safe use of landscaping tools and machinery
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred; relevant certifications or training are an advantage.
