Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Landscaper role based in Milton Keynes. The Landscaper will carry out day-to-day tasks such as maintaining gardens and outdoor spaces, mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining irrigation systems, assisting with landscape design implementation, and supporting fencing and hardscape projects as needed. The role involves operating landscaping tools and machinery safely, following site plans and instructions, and maintaining clean and orderly work areas. The Landscaper will collaborate with supervisors and team members, adhere to health and safety standards, and ensure that all work meets Naio’s quality expectations and project timelines.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping for the care and development of outdoor spaces.
  • Candidates should possess Gardening skills for planting, pruning, and general horticultural work.
  • Candidates should possess Irrigation skills for installing, adjusting, and maintaining watering systems.
  • Candidates should possess Landscape Design skills to help interpret and implement design plans on-site.
  • Experience using landscaping tools, machinery, and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
