About The Role
About the role
Bluelink is recruiting Landscapers to deliver gardens, outdoor spaces, and grounds works to a high finish across our property and construction jobs.
What you will do
- Install soft landscaping: turf, planting, mulching, and bed preparation
- Carry out hard landscaping: paving, edging, fencing, and basic groundworks
- Follow setting-out from drawings and landscape packages
- Maintain tools, plant, and site cleanliness to H&S standards
- Complete snagging and seasonal aftercare visits
- Work as part of a crew under Site Manager / Landscape Supervisor

What we're looking for
- Proven landscaping / grounds maintenance experience
- Comfortable with manual outdoor work in all weather
- Basic knowledge of plants, turf, and hard-landscape materials
- CSCS card preferred; training supported if you are close
- Team player with reliable timekeeping
- Full UK driving licence — advantageous
