Role Description
This contract Landscaper role is an on-site position based in Milton Keynes. The Landscaper will be responsible for day-to-day landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, and general garden care across residential and commercial sites. The role involves installing and maintaining irrigation systems, supporting landscape design implementation, and assisting with hard landscaping tasks such as edging, laying turf, and basic fencing work. The Landscaper will also monitor plant health, ensure safe use of tools and machinery, keep work areas clean and organized, and collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to Naio’s quality standards.

- Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, including routine upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Practical experience in Gardening, such as planting, pruning, and seasonal garden care.
- Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including installation, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Landscape Design principles and the ability to support design implementation on-site.
- Experience using landscaping tools and machinery, with a focus on safety and equipment care.
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant vocational training or certifications in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Milton Keynes job sites are preferred.
