We are looking for an experienced and skilled Landscaper to work as part of a team on a static site at Arlington Park, Reading.

As a Landscaper, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our grounds maintenance operations. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out a complete range of grounds maintenance tasks as directed by your line manager.
- Conducting regular inspections of grounds and report any potential on-site hazards or equipment malfunction and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensuring that you observe safety procedures and use safe working practices specifically regarding COSHH and Risk Assessments, reporting accidents and near misses to your line manager.
- Contributing to a positive team dynamic, building productive and professional relationships with team members, other employees, managers, clients, and external agencies.
- Providing support in the completion of any necessary documentation or reports, such as timesheets or site condition updates, as needed.

Role Requirements
- Experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance
- Full clean driving license
- Plant knowledge and other tickets an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to display a positive and can-do attitude
- PA1/6 spray license and Trailer license desirable
