Critical purpose of the role
To assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, exceeding customer expectations, health and safety responsibilities and accurate stock control. Representing the Partnership in customer properties with courtesy and care.
You will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally to achieve your potential within both soft and hard landscaping.
The primary function is to support the management of the landscaping business and to develop future propositions. Longstock Park Landscapes has great potential for growth and is ready to evolve into a more profitable business model. As a team, we will be tasked to deliver significant growth over the next 5 years, with the potential to gain career progression. This role within the department will give the Partner experience and increased knowledge of the landscape and horticultural industry.

Support The Following
- Landscaping Operations; Planting and hard landscape services.
- Working with the Landscaping team and adhering to health and safety to work in a safe way for all.
- Compliant with procedures and standards
- Excellent Customer Service
- Personal development of self
- Sourcing and purchasing of appropriate stock for Landscaping business if required
- Stock, inventory and waste management
- Customer deliveries to sites being landscaped.
Skills
- Basic brick and block work
- Patio laying
- Fencing
- Experience of using plant machinery
Qualifications & Experience (where Applicable)
- Horticulture or equivalent hard landscape experience
- Basic brick and block work
- Patio laying

- Experience in using plant machinery
- Full clean driving licence
- Practical experience in Landscaping services
