Job Description & Summary
We are recruiting an Associate Director (Senior Manager) or Manager to join our Regional Corporate Finance team based in Leeds.
The Regional Corporate Finance team provides advice on all aspects of corporate finance to privately owned and private equity backed clients both on the sell-side and buy-side.
There is a significant growth opportunity in the mid-market (£30-100m EV) deal space within the Yorkshire & North East region focused on the private business and regional private equity channels across all sectors.
You will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting origination activity, working with entrepreneurs and private equity across the Yorkshire & North East region.
This is an opportunity to play an important role in deal execution, contribute to client outcomes and contribute to the growth of a high-performing team. We are looking for an experienced M&A professional with strong commercial judgement and a track record of delivering transactions end-to-end.

- Leading day-to-day transaction execution, managing workstreams, timelines and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
- Supporting origination activity, contributing to pitch development, client targeting and relationship building
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and advisors throughout the deal lifecycle
- Supporting the development of junior team members, providing guidance, oversight and on-the-job coaching
This role is for you if:
- You have strong transaction execution experience, ideally including experience within the Yorkshire & North East market
- You have experience delivering end-to-end M&A transactions, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- You are commercially aware, proactive and able to contribute to both execution and business development activity
- You demonstrate leadership within deal teams, supporting and developing junior colleagues
