About The Role
You're set to manage a portfolio of 10 large corporate customers, building strong relationships with all stakeholders. You'll define and articulate long-term strategies for each customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Acting as a trusted partner, you will represent your customer's needs within the business, helping to solve challenges and improve efficiencies through our diverse mobility solutions.

As the senior strategic point of contact for your customers, you will lead regular business reviews, manage contract extensions negotiations and tender processes and drive high renewal rates alongside opportunities to upsell products and services.
You will be accountable for delivering portfolio growth, product penetration, profitability and customer NPS targets. Working closely with the wider account team, you will play a leading role in ensuring every customer receives an outstanding level of service delivery.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage and nurture relationships with large corporate customers
- Define and implement long-term customer strategies
- Negotiate contract renewals and oversee re-tendering processes
- Maintain high renewal rates and achieve profitability targets
This is a full-time role, working 36.25 hours per week.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who thrives on building strong relationships and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. You have a knack for negotiation and can handle multiple priorities with ease, ensuring customer satisfaction and business goals are met.
You'll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and leadership experience
- Effective planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise

The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £60,000, plus a bonus of up to £4,600. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
