Role Description
The Large Format Finisher and Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Shepperton. This position is responsible for preparing, finishing, and installing large-format graphics such as signage, wall coverings, displays, and other visual materials. Day-to-day tasks include operating and maintaining finishing equipment and power tools, trimming and mounting prints, assembling display structures, and ensuring all installations are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The role involves working from production specifications, coordinating with design and print teams, inspecting completed work for quality, and occasionally interacting with clients or site contacts during installations. The person in this role is expected to follow health and safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support continuous improvement in finishing and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Producing a wide range of signage and graphics to customer specifications.
- Working across different areas of the signage production process.
- Using a variety of signage production equipment and tools.
- Travelling to client sites to carry out installations.
- Carrying out finishing and assembly work to a high standard.
- Ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.
- Working from job specifications and production requirements.
- Supporting the wider production team when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the signage, graphics, display or related industry and be confident working across a variety of production tasks.
- Experience in the use of Digital Printing Equipment, Fabricated Signage and Plotter.
- Practical and hands-on with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Organised and able to work to deadlines.
- Quality-focused with pride in your work.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to support the wider team.
- Holds a Full UK Driving Licence.
