A leading large format and POS print specialist based in Newcastle is looking to recruit an experienced Large Format Print Estimator to join its commercial team.
This role sits at the heart of the business, producing accurate, competitive estimates for complex large format and retail POS campaigns for high-profile brands and agencies.
The Role
- Produce accurate quotations for large format digital print, POS and display work
- Cost materials, print processes, finishing, packing, collation, and distribution
- Price multi-part and multi-site retail campaigns
- Work closely with Client Services, Sales, and Production to ensure jobs are commercially and technically viable
- Use the company MIS (e.g., EFI Pace) to produce production-ready estimates
- Protect margins and support continuous improvement of estimating processes

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven estimating experience within large format, POS, or display print
- Strong technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and production workflows
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using MIS systems and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communicator who works well across teams

Desirable
- EFI Pace (or similar MIS) experience
- Retail POS / campaign rollout experience
- Involvement in pricing models or estimating process improvements
