Join the UK Clinic of Dr Paul Nassif
NassifMD Medical Spa UK is seeking an exceptional Laser & Skin Aesthetician to join our growing team at MediaCity, Manchester.
This is a rare opportunity to work within the UK arm of the internationally recognised NassifMD brand, founded by Dr Paul Nassif, one of the world's most respected facial plastic surgeons, based in Beverly Hills and star of the global television series Botched.
Our clinic is exclusive, our patients expect the very best, and so do we. This is not an entry-level role.
We're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for an experienced, highly skilled aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient outcomes and delivering an exceptional luxury patient experience.
The Technology
Sciton Joule platform featuring HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™, Cynosure Elite+, HydraFacial®, SkinPen® and medical-grade skincare systems.
Experience with Sciton technology is advantageous; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting comprehensive consultations and skin assessments
- Creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals
- Delivering advanced laser hair removal treatments using the Cynosure Elite+ platform
- Performing HydraFacial® treatments and bespoke facial treatment plans
- Delivering SkinPen microneedling treatments and combination skin rejuvenation protocols
- Delivering HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™ where trained and appropriate
- Providing expert skincare advice and medical-grade skincare recommendations
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and managing follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records to the highest standards of safety and professionalism

Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum)
- Laser Core of Knowledge certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience within aesthetics or medical aesthetics
- Experience performing laser hair removal on Cynosure medical-grade laser technology (Elite+ ideal)
- Experience performing HydraFacial® treatments (certification ideal)
- Experience performing SkinPen microneedling treatments (certification ideal)
- Strong consultation skills and confidence creating treatment plans
- Commercial awareness and confidence recommending treatment plans and skincare at a premium price point
- Professional appearance and presentation

Desirable
- Experience performing skin rejuvenation laser treatments, ideally HALO™, BBL HERO™ and ProFractional™ on the Sciton platform
- Experience with Obagi, ZO or other medical-grade skincare brands
- Experience working within a luxury medical spa or private healthcare environment
