Company Description

Nurse Natasha, The Clinic is a nurse-led practice in Loughton, Essex, focused on medically guided care and long-term patient health. The clinic provides evidence-based skincare and aesthetic treatments, as well as support for menopause, andropause, weight-loss management, nutrition, and overall well-being. Every patient is seen by a qualified medical professional and receives a full clinical assessment before any treatment plan is recommended. The team prioritizes physiological understanding over trends, designing personalized plans that reflect each patient’s health status and life stage. This is a clinic for individuals seeking honest, clinically informed conversations about their health and sustainable treatment outcomes.

Role Description

The Laser Therapist will perform safe and effective laser treatments for skin and aesthetic concerns, following clinic protocols and individual treatment plans. This part-time (2 days per week + 1-2 Saturdays per month), on-site role is based in the Loughton, Essex Area, and involves conducting thorough consultations, obtaining informed consent, and documenting clinical notes accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating laser equipment (Cutera XEO+), assessing treatment suitability, monitoring patient responses, and providing pre- and post-treatment guidance. The Laser Therapist will collaborate closely with a clinical team, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and support a calm, reassuring patient experience. The role also includes staying current with relevant clinical guidelines, attending training as required, and contributing to continuous improvement of treatment pathways.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
