We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly experienced administrator to join our busy CMHT Older Adults Team. You will be part of a team of administrators providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.
About the Role
The successful post holder will be responsible for:
- Processing referrals in a timely manner
- Ensuring all personal information is recorded accurately and confidentially
- Adhering to data quality/target procedures

Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls to the service
- Arranging appointments
- Completing general correspondence letters/reports
- Providing an administrative function to the clinical team
- Taking minutes on a rota basis for team meetings/MDT/safeguarding and professionals meetings
- Answering a high volume of calls on a daily basis
- Completing other administrative tasks such as scanning/copying
