Your new role
You'll provide high-quality support, maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues and help drive customer satisfaction across multiple schemes.
- Managing customer enquiries
- Supporting rent and tenancy escalations
- Assisting with regulatory requirements
- Updating customer platforms
- Processing invoices
- Contributing to the wider continuity of the service
- Supporting voids, tenancy preparation, onboarding
- Occasionally providing cover for other teams
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administrative skills and confidence working independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally
- Experience resolving issues at first point of contact
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with ownership of tasks and challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
- Good ICT skills, including Microsoft packages
