Your new role

You'll provide high-quality support, maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues and help drive customer satisfaction across multiple schemes.

  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Supporting rent and tenancy escalations
  • Assisting with regulatory requirements
  • Updating customer platforms
  • Processing invoices
  • Contributing to the wider continuity of the service
  • Supporting voids, tenancy preparation, onboarding
  • Occasionally providing cover for other teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong administrative skills and confidence working independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally
  • Experience resolving issues at first point of contact
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude with ownership of tasks and challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
  • Good ICT skills, including Microsoft packages
