About The Role

As a Later Living Team Lead, you will support colleagues and help ensure customers receive high-quality, person-centred care and support every day.

You will set a positive example, guide team members, support safe working practices and help create a positive service where customers feel respected, valued and able to live well.

A Typical Day Might Include

  • Supporting colleagues on shift

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience in care or support who can support colleagues with confidence, kindness and professionalism.

You’ll communicate clearly, support and motivate others, understand person-centred care and be committed to helping customers live with dignity, choice and independence.

Digital confidence is also important, including the ability to use online systems, emails and digital records as part of your day-to-day work.

Vacancy Summary

  • Location: Glen Iosal, Breadalbane Street, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Argyll and Bute, PA75 6PX
  • Hours: 30 hours, on a 2-week rolling rota (15 hours a week senior role and 15 hours a week care role, mostly days, working 1 weekend in every 2)
  • Salary: £16.05 per hour
  • Contract type: Permanent / Part time
