Responsibilities
The LPH&I Apprentice will provide a high level of support to Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration teams’ activities, working closely with members of the wider Commercial Strategy and Growth team in London. The following list is illustrative:

- Lateral Partner Recruitment: Assist with the coordination of lateral partner recruitment processes across multiple practice groups and offices, maintain candidate tracking systems and recruitment databases, assist with the coordination of interviews and meetings, conduct research on target firms, practice areas, industry trends, and client relationships.
- Lateral Partner Integration: Assist with the coordination and preparation of integration meetings, including preparing agendas, progress reports, and action trackers, maintain records of integration activities and provide regular updates to LPI team, contribute to the development of partner integration plans, help track integration KPIs and business plan objectives for newly joined partners.
- Business Development & Growth Support: Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities between new hires and existing partners, support the creation of client targeting plans and relationship-mapping exercises.
- Ad hoc duties and projects as required by the LPH&I and CS&S teams.
Qualifications, Experience And Personal Attributes
Educated to A-Level or equivalent (grades A-C).
This role would be suitable for someone wanting to study for the level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration / or equivalent.
