Launch Operations Lead
At DP World, we're looking for an experienced Launch Operations Lead to lead the successful delivery of new customer contract logistics implementations, business expansions and large-scale operational transformations across Europe.
About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end operational launches for new customer implementations and business transformations.
- Manage operational readiness across every project phase, from design and build through to deployment, stabilisation and BAU handover.
- Lead and develop a team of Launch Leads and Operations Launch Specialists.
- Partner with customers, Operations, IT, Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver seamless implementations.
- Drive process design, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Lead systems implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational go-live readiness.
- Support warehouse automation and technology deployments, including FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
- Manage implementation risks, budgets, performance and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Proven operational leader with experience delivering complex logistics implementations and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive leadership experience within contract logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Successful track record delivering large-scale operational launches, start-ups or transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS, automation and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging senior customer stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments while balancing multiple priorities.
