The Hunter Bond Associate Programme is built for people who are competitive, confident, curious and want to see how far they can take themselves.

We'll teach you how to identify great people, get them interested in opportunities they didn't know existed, build relationships with some seriously impressive businesses and ultimately become the person those businesses come to when they need exceptional talent.
And you'll be doing it in some of the most interesting areas of recruitment, from Quant Trading and AI to Technology and FinTech.
So, what does an Associate actually do?
A lot.
You'll spend your days speaking to people, researching markets, finding talent and learning how to become genuinely good at what you do.
That means:
- Hunting down candidates who aren't necessarily applying for jobs
- Speaking to people working in some of the most competitive areas of tech and finance
- Understanding what makes someone right for a particular opportunity
- Building relationships that can last throughout someone's career
- Working with experienced recruiters and learning from how they operate
- Taking responsibility for your own results as you develop
