Laundry Assistant Contract
- £12.86 per hour
- 15 hours per week
- Paid DBS, pension and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Comfort, dignity and attention to detail play an important role in daily life within the home, and as a Laundry Assistant, you will help ensure residents always feel comfortable, cared for and supported through the high standards you maintain every single day.
Working as part of the wider housekeeping team, you will be responsible for managing daily laundry services, ensuring clothing, bedding and personal belongings are handled with care, organised correctly and returned promptly to residents. Alongside maintaining excellent laundry standards, you will help ensure laundry areas remain clean, safe and organised while following all hygiene and infection prevention procedures.

What Matters Most
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to manage laundry duties carefully while maintaining organisation and accuracy
- Understanding of hygiene, infection prevention and health and safety procedures is beneficial
- Reliable, hardworking and professional approach with pride in maintaining consistency and quality
- Positive attitude and genuine understanding of the important role comfort and dignity play in resident wellbeing
