Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Laundry Manager to lead our Laundry and Valet operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and people focused leader to oversee a key operational department within one of London's leading luxury hotels.
The role
As Laundry Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the Laundry and Valet Department, ensuring the efficient handling of guest laundry, hotel linens, and employee uniforms.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, maintaining exceptional standards of quality, service, and productivity while ensuring all departmental procedures are followed. Working closely with Housekeeping and other hotel departments, you will play a key role in supporting both the guest experience and daily hotel operations.
What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Laundry and Valet team to deliver service in line with Four Seasons standards
- Oversee the day to day operation of all laundry, valet, linen, and uniform services
- Organise daily operations according to business priorities and hotel occupancy levels
- Monitor the quality of cleaning, pressing, folding, packaging, and delivery of guest laundry and employee uniforms
- Manage guest requests and guest recovery situations, ensuring concerns are handled professionally and efficiently
- Manage uniform for the hotel
- Oversee departmental scheduling, labour management, and payroll control
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, quality audits, and performance reviews
- Identify training and development opportunities to support team growth and succession planning
- Implement new procedures, projects, and operational improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and company standards
What we are looking for
- Previous leadership experience within a hotel laundry, housekeeping, valet, or similar operational environment
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- Experience managing labour costs, scheduling, and departmental budgets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across departments
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple operational demands
- Experience handling guest concerns and service recovery situations
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Luxury hospitality experience is highly advantageous
- Right to Work in the UK
