Knowledge & AI Innovation Management Lawyer | Corporate | Top-Tier US Law Firm | London

We're working with a top-tier US law firm looking to appoint a Knowledge Lawyer to join its London Corporate practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer (6+ PQE) who enjoys the technical side of practice and wants to help shape how knowledge, innovation, and collaboration support one of the market's leading transactional teams.

Supporting a broad corporate practice spanning across M&A & private equity and involvement with venture capital, and corporate governance. You'll work alongside a Senior Knowledge Counsel and a global network of Knowledge Lawyers to drive best practice across the firm.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining market-leading know-how, precedents, and practical guidance across the corporate practice
  • Delivering training programmes and supporting the development of lawyers at all levels
  • Working closely with partners on thought leadership, client-facing content, and business development initiatives
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve how knowledge is captured and shared through innovation and technology
  • Monitoring legal and market developments and translating them into practical, commercially focused guidance
  • Collaborating with Knowledge and Innovation teams across multiple international offices on strategic firmwide projects

What they're looking for:

  • A qualified lawyer with 6+ years' PQE and strong experience across corporate transactions, ideally M&A and private equity
  • Someone who enjoys analysing black letter law and turning complex legal developments into practical guidance
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • An interest in knowledge management, legal innovation, and improving how lawyers deliver exceptional client service
  • Previous knowledge or PSL experience is welcome but by no means essential
