About the Role
The Commercial & Governance Team is looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our busy, dynamic, friendly, and supportive Legal Services team at Bristol City Council.
We have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer specialising in employment law. You will be responsible for managing a varied employment tribunal caseload with minimal supervision and providing high-quality legal advice on complex grievance, disciplinary, and other employment-related matters. Experience in handling employment tribunal proceedings independently is essential.
As part of a highly regarded legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting and challenging matters, supporting the Council in delivering effective services for the people of Bristol.
