Associate – Private Client (Offshore focus) | 2–6 PQE | London
Our client, a highly regarded London law firm, is looking to recruit a Private Client Associate (2–6 PQE) to join its growing Offshore Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong international private client experience to work on high-value, cross-border matters for high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices. Please note: Experience advising offshore and international private clients is essential.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of complex international private client matters, including:
- Cross-border wealth and succession planning.
- UK and offshore trust structures.
- Estate planning for internationally mobile individuals and families.
- UK tax aspects of international private client work.
- Drafting wills, trusts and associated documentation.
- Asset structuring and restructuring.
- Advising clients relocating to and from the UK.
About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years' PQE.
- Experienced in advising offshore and international private clients (essential).
- Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and family offices.
- Technically strong, with experience of trusts, succession planning and international private client matters.
