✨ Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified lawyer in England and Wales with a practising certificate
- Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Experience working in-house
- A genuine interest (and ideally experience) in the creative world (creators, social media, content, agencies)
- Commercial, pragmatic and able to explain legal issues in plain English
- Happy working independently and taking ownership of matters between check-ins
- Someone our clients can trust as an extension of the Legally Influenced team, delivering exceptional legal support every step of the way
- Excited by the idea of helping build a modern legal business and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
📝 What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (from brand deals and talent management agreements to services agreements + SOWs)
- Supporting with data protection and employment work (depending on your experience)
- Supporting with client onboarding and helping answer their day-to-day legal questions
- Developing contract templates, playbooks and internal resources
- Collaborating on workshops, training sessions and exciting new projects
- Helping shape how we deliver legal support differently
