Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Associate to join one of the market's most established and highly regarded real estate finance practices.

Widely recognised as a leader in the sector, the team advises many of the world's leading banks, private credit funds, institutional investors, and real estate sponsors on complex, high-value financing transactions across the UK and internationally. The practice is consistently instructed on some of the market's most significant mandates and offers a level of client access, responsibility, and transactional exposure that is rarely available elsewhere.

The Opportunity

The team is known for its strength across acquisition, development, and investment finance, acting on sophisticated lender-side and sponsor-side transactions involving a broad range of asset classes and financing structures. In this role, you will advise on a broad range of complex real estate finance matters and work alongside other highly regarded lawyers in the sector. Your work will include:

  • Acquisition, development, and investment financing transactions
  • Real estate-backed lending across a range of asset classes
  • Refinancing and restructuring of real estate debt
  • Domestic and cross-border financing matters
  • Advising global banks, private credit funds, debt funds, institutional investors, and alternative lenders
  • Working closely with leading real estate, restructuring, tax, and corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters

About You

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • 3+ years' PQE gained within a leading City, international, or top-tier regional law firm
  • Strong experience advising on real estate finance and real estate-backed lending transactions
  • Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement
  • Confident managing client relationships and taking ownership of matters
  • Ambitious, proactive, and looking to take the next step in a high-performing team
