Role Overview

Liberty is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Liberty Beauty team, leading the strategic development and positioning of the LBTY brand. You'll manage product innovation and marketing end to end, from concept to launch, building brand equity and driving consumer engagement across all beauty categories.

This is a role for someone who can blend creative vision with commercial acumen, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's identity. As custodian of the brand, you'll partner closely with Design, Production, Logistics, Compliance, Merchandising, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Innovation

  • Own the end to end product development process: ideation, concept validation, formulation, testing, packaging, and go to market launch
  • Spot emerging beauty trends and white space opportunities for innovation
  • Partner with formulators, packaging designers, and supply chain to deliver high quality, on brand products, on time and on budget
  • Build strong supplier relationships and manage the critical path to keep launches on track
  • Manage SKU lifecycle and performance with data driven recommendations
  • Brief artwork, propose product copy, and approve final packs with a sharp eye for detail
  • Liaise with compliance and product registration contacts to ensure global compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
