What You Will Do
- Share first-hand knowledge of LC-MS techniques used in antibody characterization, including peptide mapping and glycan profiling.
- Discuss the specific technical challenges and analytical tools involved in evaluating ADCs, bispecifics, and Fc-fusion proteins.
- Provide an expert perspective on biotherapeutic analytics workflows within biopharma, CDMO, or advanced academic laboratory environments.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses extensive hands-on experience using LC-MS for protein or biologics characterization within a biopharma or CDMO setting.
- Demonstrates deep familiarity with advanced techniques such as intact/subunit mass analysis, DAR analysis, or glycan profiling.
- Has a proven track record of working with biotherapeutic analytics for antibodies, ADCs, or complex fusion proteins.
