What awaits you

• Create and process both simple and complex enquiries, quotations and orders in the current Krones systems, taking into account country and customer specifics.
• Gather all necessary information from customers, sales and our technical clarification team to initiate accurate and tailored quotations.
• Individual communication and correspondence with customers and internal departments.
• Collect customer documentation, Purchase Orders, to prepare and launch orders.
• Coordinate closely with Krones AG business units to ensure proper order processing and technical alignment.
• Maintain accurate data entry in SAP workflows to support offer and order processing.
• Maintain regular contact with Krones AG and internal departments (Sales LCS, Service and Maintenance team) for clarification and coordination.
• Be the first point of escalation for customer service spare parts in the UK. Building on the network in Krones AG to drive customer success against the distribution channel.
• Independent processing and analysing of simple to moderately complex technical clarifications as well as creation and processing of simple to moderately complex overhauls.
• Handling of all spare parts processes for the assigned customers in the region.
• Checking whether orders match previously prepared quotations.
• Entering the correct order into SAP with an eye for accuracy and correctness.
• Maintaining a good relationship and communication (phone / email) with the different customers.
• Working with the technical clarification team in order to provide relevant information and offers to the customer through technical datasheets. Create and manage opportunities in our current CRM system.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for relevant LCS Sales tasks.
