LCV Service Advisor – Dagenham

£32,000 - £42,000 per annum (including bonus)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Service Advisor to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in the commercial vehicle sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with fantastic earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements.
  • Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Preparing estimates, invoices, and processing payments.
  • Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
  • A professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
