Learning and Performance Adviser
Want to help reshape how a top international law firm learns? We are looking for a Learning and Performance Adviser to join a team that treats innovation as part of the job, AI included.
12-month fixed term contract | London | GBP 43,000
You will join an established, highly regarded Learning and Performance team at a top international law firm. The team runs six role-specific development programmes, plus firm-wide initiatives and one-to-one learning, and this role is a chance to play an active part in reshaping the skills curriculum.
What you will do
- Own the junior and mid-level fee-earner programmes and the junior Business Team programmes
- Design and deliver workshops, webinars, e-learning and video scripts
- Project manage key programmes and curriculums
- Experiment with new ideas, technology and AI to improve how people learn
- Act as a business partner to Practice Areas and Business Teams
- Work with external suppliers and support budget forecasting
- Support wider HR projects as they come up

What you will bring
- Experience designing and delivering learning in a professional services firm
- Experience managing projects and overseeing programmes
- Experience of training delivery and using systems and databases
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confidence working with internal clients at all levels
- A degree or equivalent experience
- One-to-one development coaching experience is a bonus

Good to know
