Senior Learning Advisor
Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Contract: 12-month contract (Maternity Cover)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Advisor to support workforce capability, training compliance, and competency management within a regulated and safety-critical environment. The role will work closely with operational, offshore, and senior stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training compliance, learning matrices, and competency records.
- Support operational and offshore workforce development requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and provide learning solutions.
- Apply a performance consulting approach, challenging where training may not be the right solution.
- Support apprenticeship and trainee technician programmes.
- Coach managers and facilitate career development discussions.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing training compliance and learning requirements.
- Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders confidently.
- Experience within regulated or safety-critical environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Comfortable working with remote/offshore populations and managing competing priorities.

Desirable Experience
- North Sea Oil & Gas experience preferred.
- Operator background beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience from other regulated industries considered.
