Learning and Development Assistant - Multi site award winning Pub and Restaurant Company - London
We are looking for a brilliant new person to join our Learning & Development team here at Urban Pubs & Bars.

What you’ll be doing
No two days look the same, but you’ll be at the heart of how we train, develop and inspire our teams. Day to day, you’ll be:
- Running our LMS platform | Managing the system and building engaging training modules our teams actually enjoy
- Weekly reporting | Keeping a clear picture of where our training stands and sharing it with the team
- Owning the training calendar | Keeping it up to date, organised and running like clockwork
- Being there on site | Offering hands-on, day-to-day support to our venues and our people
- Living our culture and values | You’ll be one of the faces of what Urban stands for

- Confident with Excel and comfortable across computers and systems
- A strong, proven track record of great service | You know our Steps of Service and our product range inside out
