Job Purpose

Help shape how capability is built across a global manufacturing organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to go beyond traditional Learning & Development and make a real business impact across three Business Groups in the EMEA region. As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will work as a trusted and influential partner to HR, business and functional leaders at different levels across the organisation. You will bring an external perspective, challenge existing approaches and work with stakeholders to understand what is really driving capability and performance gaps — turning business needs into the right solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping and embedding a new approach to capability development across the region, working across multiple businesses, functions, countries and employee populations. With broad exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence how learning is designed, owned and delivered, you will help build practical, scalable solutions that strengthen capability and enable better performance — including through digital and AI-enabled approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
