About the Role
Our client, a high-performing global hedge fund, is looking to hire a Programme Delivery Specialist within their L&D team.
Reporting directly to the CPO and joining a lean and collaborative, albeit growing team, the hire will take ownership for the delivery and execution of all operational aspects of a global portfolio of L&D initiatives. You will take ownership (and the responsibility to improve) the firm’s global training process and content delivery operations whilst also ensuring that L&D initiatives are aligned to business platform needs and fit-for-purpose as they are being delivered. You will also work on running impact assessments to evaluate and report on the success of certain programs as well as the operational infrastructure in place being used to deliver these.
The hire will also play a key role in developing operating procedures for the delivery of talent programmes at all levels and work with broader HR teams such as Business Partnering to evaluate how best to make adjustments to existing programmes and shape parameters for the execution of future programmes whilst also supporting with the setup of conferences and events for employees as well as external contributors. The hire will have the opportunity to affect operational excellence at all levels from leadership and manager development programmes to early career development initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership for the delivery and execution of all operational aspects of a global portfolio of L&D initiatives.
- Improve the firm’s global training process and content delivery operations.

Opportunity
This role provides L&D Operations and Programme Delivery professionals the opportunity to step up into a global role at a rapidly growing hedge fund and work with a hands on HoHR that can act as a mentor and allow you to broaden your skillset as the L&D team builds out whilst leveraging your skillset.
Compensation and Benefits
The firm has budgeted up to £120k base. A key focus is on total comp, as top performers in the global HR function are paid highly significant bonuses.
